Very honest and accommodating! I had to drop off early and Picked my car up a bit late and they did not make it a problem whatsoever ! Didn’t make me feel pressured to get additional work done but also let me know what needed to be done and typed it up for me.. Responded quickly to my yelp inquiry for a quote and the price never changed ! Great guys overall 👍🏻

I'm very happy with my service provided by John, Jason and automotive staff. Atmosphere is very friendly and inviting, clean surroundings and ac/ cooling in seating area. John was very helpful when minor issues came about with my van and talk with me and immediately took care of it. Very professional and they truly care about the care of your car and your safety is their priority. Thank you so much everyone, I'll see you in 3,000😉

The was the first time I used Old Town Auto Care. John & Jason are extremely nice, and the price was much lower than all of the other shop's I talked to. I would highly recommend OTAC !

My personal thoughts: I would love to support this place more often if it was more convenient for my drive to work or home. This is a small shop with kind people and efficient service. I came here for an oil change and I was helped on the same day and it was done roughly about 40 minutes, which was great! Location: in the middle downtown of Pleasanton, which is a good safe neighborhood, just a little far for me even though I work in PLS but its not right off the freeway, i wish... Pricing: for full synthetic oil change, I think it was under $60, which was great deal nowadays, everywhere else was quite pricey for some reasons. Service: efficient, quick turnaround, and friendly people. I would recommend this store and will come back when it's convenient for the drive.

I can’t speak highly enough about Old Town Auto. John and his son went far beyond anything I expected to get my son’s truck working. Other mechanics said there was nothing to be done but Old Town took on the challenge and figured out a solution that has proven to be long lasting. And the repairs were all reasonably priced! We trust them with all of our cars, wouldn’t go anywhere else!
