I am so happy that I chose Old Town Auto Care. They were a breath of fresh air! They took very good care of my car and me before I left for a long trip. Turns out my alternator went out while I was gone. I called them, slightly shook up. I talked to both John and Jason while I was preparing to get this taken care of. I liked them and felt comfortable during my appointment there but I was super impressed with the help they gave me when I was out of town. Kudos to you and your shop. Thanks for the great service.

On my way from Sacramento to Gilroy for a Celebration of Life ceremony when the check engine light came on. Was concerned about driving that far and stopped here. He immediately looked at my car, ran the computer codes, changed my oil in about one hour! He recommended I see my mechanic when I get home and wrote down the codes to show my mechanic. He assured me I would make it to Gilroy and home to Sac without any trouble! I really appreciate that he made me a priority to get me back on the road quickly! Will recommend this place to friends and family in Pleasanton!!
