John and Jason are excellent at their craft, I had a nagging airbag error light that they swiftly diagnosed and correctly fixed at a very fair price. I'll be returning the next time one of my vehicles needs service and I'm confident they will provide a great service at a fair price.

Most honest automotive shop around the area. The father and son duo combine for knowledge, honesty, fairness in $$$. I found this shop on Yelp and took a chance and found gold in an automotive shop. I have brought two of my cars there. One was for a wheelbearing service and the other one is for changing out an AC compressor. Very friendly group of guys. I recommend them to anyone. I will not go to any other places now that I have found these guys.

Found Old Town Auto Care on Yelp and am very happy with the service I received. John and Jason are very knowledgeable and were able to service my car quickly. They were able to answer some questions for me and I'll be going back again soon. Prices are reasonable and the service is great. I'd highly recommend them.

This is the hard working class of America! Father and Son runs this great shop! They diagnosed my oil leak and fixed it including getting an O-ring from the dealership the same day. And yes.. I only paid $120!!

My co-worker, Dave Quintana, has been talking about getting his old '91 Mercedes fixed for months and told me each time that he got an outrageous quote. I asked him a couple weeks ago how "Mission Mercedes" was going and he told me how awesome Jason and John were and how they were able to get his baby up and running at a very reasonable price. Knock on wood, I don't have any car problems at the moment but after hearing Dave's exhausting journey, I know where to go when I do. Great Job guys and Happy New Year!

I work in retail so good customer service is very important to me, which is why I prefer small businesses rather than large franchise companies, Old Town Auto Care proved my thinking to be correct. Jason and John didn't just settle for good customer service, they went above and beyond and provided me with hands down the best service I have ever recieved. About a week ago my brakes started squeaking and then they locked up on me while driving on the freeway and that was when I knew I needed to fix them, I have a shop I go to where I live but I work in this area and needed them done that day. I saw their reviews on Yelp and gave them a call. Jason answered the phone with such a warmth and kindness in his voice, and after explaining my situation they let me know that I could bring my car in at noon and they would look at it and have it fixed that night, I was ecstatic. The minute I walked into the shop I was greeted with huge smiles and cheerful "hellos" from both Jason and John. We went over the usual paperwork and they let me know they would inspect my brakes and let me know the problem, and then offered me a ride back to work which I was very happy about. About an hour later I got a call letting me know that both my front and rear brakes needed to be completely replaced. John broke down the price for me and then asked my permission to fix the car. The fact that they asked my permission instead of just assuming that I wanted to pay the money was incredible to me, I have been to so many shops that have just automatically assumed I wanted them to fix everything. With the great service I recieved so far I knew I had found the right place and gave them the OK to continue the work. Not only did they stay after hours to finish the work, they even stayed an extra 45 minutes to wait for me to get off work and get there. When I arrived John went over everything with me and even showed me the parts they took off, he explained what the problem was in a way I could understand without making me feel incompetent. I knew replacing my brakes was not going to be cheap but with the service I recieved here I was more than happy to give them my business. I will surely be recommending them to anyone and will be coming back here for any future services my car needs, it will be well worth the drive from where I live. The employees here at Old Town Auto Care truly make you feel valued as a customer and that is priceless Thank you so much John and Jason!
