Old Town Auto is keeping my 2005 V6 Camry alive! 267K on the car and some things are wearing out, but basically car is still strong. Replaced the timing belt and water pump (preventative maint.) and also the rack and pinion assembly (seals leaking). Wasn't cheap but using cheap parts and a questionable mechanic is way more expensive in the long run, so I stick with Old Town Auto as they are ASE certified, use only quality parts and I'm always happy with their work. If you have a trusty steed who has never let you down don't take it to some hack that will ruin your vehicle, trust Josh and Jon to get the job done right and you'll be motoring worry free.

I visited old town auto care for regular synthetic oil change and routine inspection for my Acura 2005 TSX, I loved the service. Pricing is also reasonable. Definitely visit again for future services.

Great service, great guys. Whenever we have small things with our car that's not worth taking to the dealer, we bring it to them. Their price is reasonable and they are trustworthy.

They took care of my TLX & I felt confident that I was actually receiving the service I requested. I would much rather take my car here for servicing versus a chained retailers. I’ll bring my car here with no hesitation in the future. This is a father & son shop who take pride in servicing cars while providing unbeatable prices & quality work.

I was searching for a reputable and reasonably priced auto shop to replace my brakes and rotors. I was drawn to Old Town because I read that they were a family operated company and I do my best to support the "little guy". I'm so glad I went with my gut because John and Jason were awesome! They kept me updated as their mechanic worked diligently on my car. They let me use their WiFi so I could work while I waited. During my lulls in work, I sat with John and just chatted until one of us had to work again. Overall, their pricing is super reasonable and they are such nice men. I would definitely refer my family and friends to them!

I drove to Pleasanton from Los Angeles this past Friday, and during my trek, I noticed that my Nissan Sentra's check engine light had popped on. My windshield wiper water pump was also not working, so I figured these guys would be able to help, once I had arrived into town. I did call one other mechanic beforehand, but because they knew they wouldn't be able to do anything for the windshield wiper situation, they recommended Old Town. I called when they opened, and John was so kind to squeeze me in for the morning. I told him I was on my way from LA and that I'd be there in an hour and a half. John and his team were excellent, friendly, and knowledgable. Their main concern was that I be able to safely drive back to LA, which I thought was very nice of them to vocalize. John worked with me on the pricing details for their service, and I headed to an appointment. When I returned, they luckily found nothing wrong with my car, but they did inform me that I needed a new windshield washer reservoir, which they wouldn't be able to get in until Monday. Since I was leaving Sunday, I made a note to take care of this back home instead. John even gave me a ballpark figure for what I might expect to pay for a replacement reservoir. I appreciated that they were so accommodating and that John gave me more than a reasonable price for their services.
