I had the 75K service done on my Nissan at Old Town Auto Care a couple of months ago. Jason, John and the team did a wonderful job. The Vehicle Dynamic Control indicator light on my Nissan was flashing for no obvious reason. Problem solved after the service without extra charge. Last week, I came back for the 90K service on my Ford. Their work is once again rock solid. My Ford's brake was a bit loose and I had to step on it quite hard from time to time, even after a couple of visits to Ford dealer. Now, it feels just right. John and Jason also let me know about the potential problems and make recommendations. But they never push me to do any service or repair they recommended. Jason, John and the team are fantastic. Will come back for future service/repair for sure.

Great service from John and Jason! I had called in the morning right before they had opened for business but didn't leave a message thinking I'd just call back later that morning and John called me back asking if he had missed a call from my number. Both were super friendly and explained what was going on with my check engine light and got it fixed same day. Will be back to get my car serviced here from now on.

John is awesome! Didn't feel like a first visit at all bringing in my Honda Accord. I felt like visiting a family workshop which very much belongs to our own community in Pleasanton and that its run by people of our community. Now that i know i don't have to mention what i need them to look at as I am satisfied with their comprehensive 22 point inspection including minor things liking topping up the windshield washer water and tyre air. And yes i got a same day appointment.😁😁

Old Town Auto is keeping my 2005 V6 Camry alive! 267K on the car and some things are wearing out, but basically car is still strong. Replaced the timing belt and water pump (preventative maint.) and also the rack and pinion assembly (seals leaking). Wasn't cheap but using cheap parts and a questionable mechanic is way more expensive in the long run, so I stick with Old Town Auto as they are ASE certified, use only quality parts and I'm always happy with their work. If you have a trusty steed who has never let you down don't take it to some hack that will ruin your vehicle, trust Josh and Jon to get the job done right and you'll be motoring worry free.

I visited old town auto care for regular synthetic oil change and routine inspection for my Acura 2005 TSX, I loved the service. Pricing is also reasonable. Definitely visit again for future services.
