My husband found this place about 2 years ago and decided to try it based on reviews. He was thrilled with the service he got from the time he stepped in until his car was done and he was very happy with the work they did. I decided to try it and I got the same great service and work done on my Jeep. These guys are friendly, fast and always put the customers first.. this is the only place we will take our vehicles to now.

Good service - very personable and never felt I'd be scammed

I just moved to Pleasanton, and prior to that, did some research on the local repair shops. I had some suspension work to be done, and Jason quoted me a fair price. I also found out that they were located less than a mile from where I live now, so the decision was made. I set up an appointment for a date after the move. Jason and John were extremely pleasant, friendly, and professional. I prefer working with local businesses, and forming personal relationships, and Old Town Auto Care provides that. There was some "beginner's luck" and I ended up picking up the car a day later than expected. However, the job was completed to perfection, and they also went the extra mile and did some minor additional stuff like replacing blown bulbs. What matters the most to me is their attitude and work ethics, demonstrated by the fact that their priority was to fix everything, even though they forgot to bill me for the extras. I have no hesitation is recommending them.

A year ago, Jason converted the a/c on my '32 Ford from freon to 134r. A year later there was only hot air coming out of the system. I brought the car back and Jason agreed it should have lasted longer. He tested the system and found 2 leaks. He fixed the leaks, charged the system and charged a minimum fee. I appreciate his honesty and for squeezing me in.
